Philips Lumify Transducers purchased as part of the Lumify Ultrasound Solution are covered for a period of sixty (60) months from the date of shipment or twelve (12) months for Circular Edition. Customer's remedy for damage to a Lumify Ultrasound Transducer that affects its functionality and that is covered by the warranty (e.g., excluding damage resulting from abuse or misuse or cosmetic issues) is limited to repair or replacement not more than once in any twelve (12) month period. Lumify installation is not performed by Philips. Software updates and upgrades for the Lumify System Solution will be available via the Google Play store. The warranty is made only to the initial end user of the Lumify Ultrasound Solution. Any subsequent sale or transfer of the Lumify Ultrasound Solution will void the warranty.

Cancellation Fee

Cancelling your order after payment and before it is shipped will result in a 3.5% cancellation fee.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a 70% return. We charge a 30% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 70% of your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
